• TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE FOUNDATION, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, DONORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

9.2 Maximum Liability

• IN NO EVENT SHALL THE FOUNDATION'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED ONE HUNDRED (100) NAIRA.

11.1 Termination by the Foundation

• We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to or use of the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

11.2 Effect of Termination

• Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

12.1 Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

13.1 Entire Agreement

• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other terms referenced or agreed between you and the Foundation, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Foundation regarding your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

13.2 Severability

• If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.3 No Waiver

• The failure of the Foundation to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

• You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without the Foundation's prior written consent. The Foundation may assign these Terms without restriction.
