Iphamar™ Care Foundation (RC 8508696) works to improve healthcare access, nutrition and education for families who are too often left out.
We began with the belief that no one should be denied care because of where they live or what they can afford. From modest beginnings we have grown into a movement that meets communities where they are.
Every clinic held, every family fed and every scholarship awarded is a step toward closing gaps that have persisted for far too long. We work hand in hand with community leaders, volunteers and partners, and our motivation is human: it starts with the person in front of us.

It started with one conviction.

Iphamar™ Care Foundation was born from that conviction — a small team, a community that needed care, and the decision to start where we were, with what we had. From the first medical outreach to Table of Care and Lifeline of Learning, the mission has never changed: meet people where they are, and treat every person who comes through the door as family.
Today Stephen leads the Foundation’s work across Lagos and Ogun States, working with trustees, volunteers and partners to turn that conviction into clinics held, families fed and scholarships awarded.

Founder of the Foundation and Iphamar Limited, with over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. Leads strategy and partnerships.

Trustee
Over 20 years of experience in accounting and operations. Brings financial discipline and operational oversight.
Pastor Emmanuel Kayode Afolayan
Trustee
Over 20 years of experience in communications. Chairs the Communication and Media Relations Committee.
Mrs Christianah Olufunke Adetoyinbo
Trustee
Educator with over 30 years of experience. Leads the Lifeline of Learning programme.
Barrister Timothy Adewale
Trustee
Legal practitioner with over 25 years of experience at the Bar. Chairs the Governance, Ethics and Compliance Committee.
Mrs Grace Tomilola Kayode
Trustee
Nurse with over 30 years of service, retired as a Director in the Lagos State Government. Brings nursing and public-sector governance experience.
Pastor Rasaq Orisatoye Adebowale
Trustee
Over 25 years of experience in leadership and community engagement. Chairs the Resource Mobilisation and Financial Sustainability Committee.
Mrs Olajumoke Ayoola Saheed
Trustee
Graduate of English with over 20 years of professional experience. Brings communication and people-management skills.
