Accessibility Statement

Iphamar Care Foundation is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

1. Our Commitment

We believe healthcare information and community resources should be accessible to everyone. We aim to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across our website and digital services.

2. Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML structure and descriptive headings.
  • Sufficient colour contrast and readable typography.
  • Keyboard-navigable menus, buttons, and forms.
  • Alt text on meaningful images and captions where relevant.
  • Responsive layouts that adapt to mobile, tablet, and desktop.

3. Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility is a continuous effort. We regularly audit our pages, test with assistive technologies, and address issues as we identify them. New features are reviewed against our accessibility checklist before release.

4. Known Limitations

Some third-party embeds (maps, videos, social feeds) may not fully meet our standards. Where possible, we provide alternative ways to access the same information — please contact us if you need assistance.

5. Feedback & Assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need content in an alternative format, please reach out. We aim to respond within five working days.
