TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VOLUNTEERS OF Iphamar™ CARE FOUNDATION
These Terms and Conditions outline the expectations and responsibilities of volunteers working with Iphamar™ Care Foundation (“the Foundation”). By volunteering with the Foundation, you agree to abide by these terms:
- Volunteer Engagement
1.1. Volunteering with Iphamar™ Care Foundation is on a voluntary and unpaid basis. No employment relationship is created.
1.2. Volunteers must complete a registration process before participating in any activities.
1.3. The Foundation reserves the right to approve or reject any volunteer application at its discretion.
- Code of Conduct
2.1. Volunteers must act professionally, ethically, and respectfully at all times.
2.2. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.
2.3. Volunteers must uphold the values and mission of the Foundation while engaging in activities.
2.4. Any conflicts or grievances must be reported to the designated supervisor.
- Commitment and Attendance
3.1. Volunteers must commit to agreed schedules and inform the Foundation in advance if they are unable to attend.
3.2. Repeated absenteeism without notice may result in removal from the programme.
3.3. Volunteers are expected to be punctual and adhere to the timelines set for each activity.
- Confidentiality & Data Protection
4.1. Volunteers must respect the privacy and confidentiality of all beneficiaries, staff, and fellow volunteers.
4.2. Any personal or sensitive information obtained during volunteer work must not be shared outside the Foundation.
4.3. Volunteers must comply with any applicable data protection policies of the Foundation.
- Safety & Liability
5.1. Volunteers must follow safety guidelines provided by the Foundation during activities.
5.2. The Foundation is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during volunteering unless caused by proven negligence.
5.3. Volunteers participate at their own risk and are advised to take necessary precautions.
- Use of Foundation Resources & Branding
6.1. Volunteers must not misuse the Foundation’s name, logo, or resources for personal gain.
6.2. Any promotional activities or external representation of the Foundation must be approved in writing.
- Termination & Disciplinary Action
7.1. The Foundation reserves the right to terminate a volunteer’s engagement at any time due to:
- Breach of conduct
- Repeated absenteeism
- Misuse of resources
- Any other reason deemed inappropriate by the Foundation
7.2. Volunteers may also withdraw from the programme by providing notice in writing.
- Media & Publicity
8.1. The Foundation may use photographs, videos, or testimonials of volunteers for promotional purposes.
8.2. If a volunteer does not wish to be included in media content, they must inform the Foundation in advance.
- Amendments to Terms & Conditions
9.1. The Foundation reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
9.2. Volunteers will be informed of any significant changes.
